The Kossuth County Board of Supervisors approved Pay Application No. 2 for the DD 4 Lat 11 Improvement during its Aug. 25, 2026 meeting. The motion to approve the pay application was moved by Supervisor Joshua Waechter and seconded by Supervisor Kyle Stecker; the motion carried unanimously.
