Council approved Bill No. 2026-027 on second reading to authorize an agreement with Allgeier, Martin and Associates, Inc., of Joplin, Missouri, for engineering and inspection services on the Austin Blvd. Sidewalk project. Councilperson Amber Barker moved to place the bill on second read by title only and the measure passed by roll call.
