The City Council approved Bill No. 2026-026 on second reading, permitting a connection to the city sanitary sewer system for the property at 16128 E. Nelson Road. Councilperson Miranda Selby moved to place the bill on second read by title only and the ordinance passed by roll call with one dissent.
