Eric Long distributed and reviewed a revised Long Range Plan and reported on several infrastructure items. He said the traffic-calming project (radar sign and camera) was completed at a cost of $26,739. Long reported the backup irrigation well project is nearly complete with an additional-well cost of $291,500; he expects the current pump to be installed and operating within the next couple of weeks and said the additional well is intended to serve as the CDD’s primary well because the existing well has a kinked casing. Long said staff will conduct water-quality tests on both wells when appropriate.
