Mark, the executive director, told the board that an audit is underway and is expected to be finished by the end of the month; he said auditors will help the board design an approval system for processing payments and account access. "Our audit is underway. It is supposed to be finished by the end of the month," Mark said, and he promised to explain recommended payment protocols at the next meeting.
