The Nutter Fort Town Council unanimously adopted Resolution 2026-02, authorizing the mayor—and in his absence, the recorder—to act on the town's behalf for the Chub Run Rt 20 Sewer System Project. Councilor Charlene Louk moved to accept the resolution with a revision to correct wording in the first paragraph; Councilor Sam Maxson seconded the motion and the roll call vote passed with those present voting yes.
