River Ridge moves gatehouse renovations toward public bid; application sent to Estero

District Engineer Charlie Krebs reported that the application for Pelican Sound gatehouse renovations was sent to the Village of Estero and that Bowman Incorporated issued required checks. "The draft Bid Document language was sent to Mr. Pires and Mr. Adams today," Krebs said; once District Counsel reviews and approves, staff will advertise for sealed bids, distribute bid packages to potential bidders, and set a submission deadline.
