The Oneida County board recorded documentation problems in several towns while reviewing returns from the Aug. 11 partisan primary. Noted issues included missing bag serial numbers (Enterprise, Schoepke, Woodruff), unsigned tally tapes (Pelican Ward, Sugar Camp), missing inspector initials and voter-statistic fields (Lake Tomahawk), un-circled last voter numbers (Lake Tomahawk, Woodboro) and a tally-print tape missing signatures in Little Rice.
