A supervisor (S4) reported on the California State Association of Counties (CSAC) Board of Directors meeting and said wildfire‑liability policy dominated discussion. S4 said CSAC "wrote a letter, asking for the liability to stay with PG and E" rather than being passed to counties or individuals.
