The committee concluded the session without taking final action and asked staff to produce documentation and arrange an actuary to explain methodology. Lawmaker (S2) said the new figures were surprising and explicitly requested a briefing: "I wanna find out their methodology because up until then, all we had ever seen where they would be lapsed was the next 2 years..."
