A supervisor (S3) reported to the board on a recent meeting of the Rural County Representatives of California (RCRC). S3 said RCRC repeatedly debated a position on Proposition 43 — which would change some voting thresholds for local tax measures — and "no action was taken" after multiple roll calls; RCRC staff had recommended no formal position but some members pushed for opposition.
