City Manager Rex M. Thee introduced Resolution No. 2026-036, the Code Enforcement Officer’s report listing properties alleged to be in violation of specific articles of the City Code (Articles 4.03, 7.02, 11.04 and 12.03). The resolution authorizes staff to pursue further administrative and legal action on non-compliant cases, up to and including referral to Municipal Court.
