Senators voted to concur in assembly amendments to SB 1192, known in-floor as the reclaim act, after Senator Rubio presented the measure as a tool to protect victims of domestic violence in civil litigation. "This will allow victims of domestic violence to breathe when abusers go after them in civil litigation," Rubio said during his presentation.
