Staff updated the council on the animal-control facility site, saying trailers have been removed, the site is prepped, and a slab was likely to be poured in the next week or two. "If you haven't seen the site up there lately, go check it out because the trailers are off. The site is prepped, and probably next week or the following week, we're gonna see a slab get poured," the staff member said.
