Council members discussed the Cooks Creek Conservation Plan stream-corridor assessments, which the minutes state are currently being planned for November. The plan described two parallel assessment tracks: formal property assessments to inform a Princeton Hydro report, and property assessments conducted by Cooks Creek together with the Springfield EAC that would function as a citizen-science report.
