Council approves $363,040 change order for Gridley Sports Complex Phase I

City Engineer Dave Harden told the council that unsuitable soil conditions discovered during construction required revised lighting foundations and associated site remediation. He requested approval of Change Order No. 7 with Franklin Construction, Inc. in the amount of $363,040 to cover the additional work and delay-related costs.
