Staff reported many calls about a damaged reinforced concrete box (RCB) on 252nd Road and recommended contracting professional-engineering services to design a pour-in-place reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) replacement rather than piecemeal sections the county has used previously. Staff said the pour-in-place approach would be sturdier for the location given school, business and farm traffic.
