The Cloud County Board of Commissioners held two executive sessions Aug. 31 for personnel exception to interview candidates for the Maintenance Manager role. Each session was 15 minutes long; the minutes record the first session including applicant #1 and resumption of open session at 11:01 a.m., and a second session including applicant #2 that ended at 11:18 a.m.
