The Warren County Budget and Finance Committee appointed Commissioner Randy England as vice chairman and Commissioner Tommy Savage as secretary during its meeting. Commissioner Cole Taylor moved to appoint Randy England as vice chairman; Commissioner Tommy Savage seconded and the motion passed 5-0.
