Downtown Master Plan approved; RFP for SR 135/SR 144 revised at RDC request; Morgantown Road roundabout under way
Town Manager Dax Norton reported the Town Council approved the Downtown Master Plan, the RDC asked staff to revise the SR 135/SR 144 RFP to seek a development partner if needed, and construction has started on the Morgantown Road and SR 144 roundabout.

During administrative updates the Board heard that the Downtown Master Plan has been approved by Town Council. Norton said the Regional Development Commission (RDC) requested staff revise the SR 135/SR 144 request for proposals to find a development partner if the prior partner does not meet terms.
