Township Engineer Cindy VanHise requested approval of a partial escrow release for Twining Construction and the Board unanimously approved Escrow Release #5 in the amount of $195,941. "Engineer VanHise requested approval of a partial escrow release for Twining Construction until all items are completed. On a motion by Vice-Chair Magne, seconded by Treasurer Lloyd, the request for Escrow Release #5 of $195,941 was unanimously approved," the minutes record.
