County sets CDL completion requirement, schedules hires and notes equipment purchases
The board agreed employees who start the CDL course must finish it or reimburse the county; a new hire is scheduled to begin Feb. 9 at 20 hours/week; paging, training, and equipment issues (John Deere Link, dash/body cameras) were discussed.

Clerk Ashley Maxwell asked the board about CDL schooling requirements and the commissioners agreed that ‘‘if an individual starts the course, they must complete the whole course or they will reimburse the county for the costs.'' This policy was recorded in the Jan. 26 minutes.
