The Faribault County Drainage Authority voted unanimously on Aug. 18, 2026 to terminate the CD52 Improvement contract with Gustafson Drainage LLC after identifying pipe specification defects. Commissioner Tom Loveall moved the termination and Commissioner Greg Young seconded; the motion "carried unanimously," according to the meeting record.
