Charlie Krebs told the board that a December 2025 evaluation found cracked and faded street signs and presented Lykins‑Signtek Quote 101027 to replace sign faces in Pelican Sound. On motion by Kurt Blumenthal and seconded by Robert Twombly, with all in favor, the board approved the quote in the amount of $5,355.
