The full story
Audit of the draft articles flagged several issues: inconsistent place and personal-name spellings in the transcript (e.g., 'Green Coast Springs' vs. 'Green Cove Springs'; multiple spellings for the superintendent's name), garbled policy-number readings from the agenda, and a need to mark unverified quantitative claims (library book counts, compensation breakdowns) as unconfirmed. All articles were revised to normalize names to the commonly used local forms (Green Cove Springs; Clay County District Schools; Oakleaf High School) and to label figures that were reported in the meeting but not fully substantiated as reported by the speakers and requiring confirmation from district records.
