Commissioners discussed whether the plaintiff in the pending case, Justin Alderman, should be allowed in the executive session. A committee member argued the plaintiff "is the plaintiff in, and he is not allowed to attend this executive session," and the board resolved to proceed under ORS 192.660(2)(h) to consult with counsel and exclude that party from the closed meeting.
