River Ridge board approves $1.11 million drainage contract with Clark Construction

The River Ridge Community Development District Board on April 28 approved a not-to-exceed $1,111,860 contract with Clark Construction Group, Inc. to perform four phases of stormwater management work covering Oak Run, Turnberry, Palmetto Dunes and Seaside IV. The work includes an added 5% contingency, raising the grand total from $1,058,914.45 to $1,111,860 to cover unknown unit costs such as tree removal and shrub replanting.
