Roane County Commissioners on April 13 approved Resolution 04‑26‑02 to abandon any interest the county may hold in a roadway shown on the Midway Ranches plat and authorized the County Executive to sign a quitclaim deed releasing that interest to Ranchino Family Trust dated November 2, 2002.
