Nathan Powell, the county HR director, opened the meeting and presented a memorandum of agreement (MOA) to insert Appendix D into covered agreements and implement a new compressed pay table for fiscal year 2027. "At implementation, so the 1st pay period of the new fiscal year, anybody ... will be placed at the correct step on the table," Powell said.
