Assistant City Manager Braeden Christofferson proposed an amendment to the Façade Grant Program application allowing projects already under construction, but not yet completed, to apply for reimbursement. He said the change provides limited flexibility while preserving the Façade Grant Committee's authority to accept or deny requests; completed projects would remain ineligible for reimbursement.
