At the Aug. 27 meeting, EMA Assistant Director Jamie Orlando presented the county's finalized Multi-Jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plan and told the Commission a resolution is needed to finalize submission to maintain eligibility for FEMA mitigation grant funding. Orlando described the packet as the finalized plan and flagged the grant-eligibility consequence if the Commission does not approve a resolution.
