Rich and Joe voted to renew the Phelps certificate of deposit for seven months at Ergo Bank; Pat and Rich instructed staff to follow recommendations on subaccounts and Tamra was tasked to create a PD outreach budget account to track donations and expenses.

During the July 7 meeting the committee handled several finance items. Rich and Joe moved to renew the Phelps CD for seven months at Ergo Bank; the motion passed. Pat and Rich moved to have Tamra follow Pat’s recommendation on sub accounts; that motion also passed.
