Early in the meeting S3 read the primary motions on the floor: a motion identified as 26-065 to approve the consent agenda and notices of three executive-session items (26-066 to discuss individual job performance; 26-067 to discuss a councilor’s department; and 26-068 to discuss the maintenance department). "1st motion, 26 dash 0 6 5 to approve the consent agenda," S3 stated while reading the agenda items.
