The Value Adjustment Board voted to adopt a filing-fee resolution for the 2026 tax cycle that sets the maximum fee at $50 for most petition types. The motion was moved, seconded and approved by voice vote. The board acknowledged statutory exceptions that require a $15 nonrefundable fee for specified petition types under Florida statutes.
