Resident asks board for update on reclassification and reports sinking manhole

Ranney D'Arrigo of 48 Clinton St asked the board whether her property has been reclassified from Residential to Highway Commercial and sought an update on a possible land acquisition. She also reported a manhole cover near her property appears to be sinking and asked Public Works to inspect.

Ranney D'Arrigo of 48 Clinton St asked the Village of Jordan Board of Trustees whether her property's classification from Residential to Highway Commercial had been updated and whether there had been progress on a previously discussed possible land acquisition. The board did not provide a definitive update at the meeting; Mayor Brim said he has consulted the village attorney and will follow up.
