Board presses for system-level FMX reports as facilities staff begins data entry
Facilities staff described a plan to enter equipment into FMX at roughly eight items per day to set up preventive maintenance; board members asked for less manual approaches, visual schedules and regular progress reporting to hold projects accountable.

During committee discussion, Mister Carter outlined the district’s FMX rollout: identify equipment (model, serial, function) and create preventive-maintenance (PM) schedules. "The way I have it set up is I will go through you have the equipment... That's the equipment that's inputted. Then I put it into plan maintenance," Carter said.
