The mayor read a list of properties recommended for resolutions declaring code violations under municipal code sections cited by staff. The list included multiple addresses (for example: 407 West 1st, 411 West 1st, 516 South Highland, 1102 North Garfield, 908 South Malcolm and others) with staff asserting the parcels are in violation of sections 8.20.010 and 10.30.030 of the municipal code.
