Nevada County's Public Health leadership presented the county's mobile health pilot and Community Health Assessment/Improvement Plan during the April 7 Board of Supervisors meeting. Program Manager Toby Gaven described a three-part pilot at the Commons Resource Center that combines dental care, immunizations, HIV/Hep C testing and benefits navigation; pilot clinics grew from 12 to 35 patients in the second event.
