The commission approved a one-time payout of accumulated comp time for a single Public Works employee on Oct. 28. The discussion was led by HR representative Sheila Johnson (recorded as "Sheila" in the minutes). Commissioner Hoelscher moved to approve the payout; Commissioner Otto seconded and the motion carried with all commissioners voting Yes.
