Cole County Commissioners approved and signed an Academic Affiliation Agreement with SSM Health on Oct. 28, 2025. Commissioner Harry Otto moved the agreement and Commissioner Jeff Hoelscher seconded; the motion passed with all three commissioners voting Yes.
