The Clerk/Treasurer reported that the 2025 audit is starting and that Chair Mike Helman will work with the interim clerk on audit matters. The board approved a desktop computer to replace the clerk/treasurer laptop, authorizing $831.03 plus IT tech assistance to transfer files (motion by Chair Mike Helman; second by Vice Chair Brandon Geyen; carried 3-0).
