County readies witnesses for Homesteaders Curve solar CPCN hearing; procurement code update ongoing

Staff member (S7) reminded commissioners that the Homesteaders Curve Solar Project CPCN hearing is scheduled for 09/15/2026 at 2:00 p.m. via Zoom and said the county will present witnesses and cross-examine the applicant. "That hearing is scheduled for 09/15/2026 at 02:00. It's a Zoom hearing. We'll be presenting our our witnesses, and having the opportunity to cross examine the applicant's witnesses," S7 said.
