County Clerk Ashley Maxwell told the board that Foulston Siefkin LLP has a conflict regarding the Q Rd and 30 Rd bridge incident and that attorney Forrest Rhodes recommended another attorney to handle the matter. The commissioners directed Maxwell to contact the recommended counsel.
