Supervisors approve 0.195-acre lot addition in Rickenbaugh plan
The board approved a plan to add Lot A (0.195 acres) to Lot 2 of the W. Geraldine Rickenbaugh Estate from Lot 1 belonging to Timothy and Yvonne Rickenbaugh; the approval was unanimous on Aug. 13, 2025.

The Fayette Township supervisors approved a lot-line adjustment submitted by Timothy and Yvonne Rickenbaugh. According to the plan presented by Bill Sarge, Lot A (0.195 acres) will be added to Lot 2 of the W. Geraldine Rickenbaugh Estate from Lot 1 owned by Timothy and Yvonne Rickenbaugh. The motion to approve was made by Robert Barton Jr., seconded by Craig Strawser, and recorded as unanimous.
