Staff says revised plan would take effect Jan. 1, 2027; council flags dashboard wording

Staff told council that, after collecting feedback and finalizing edits, the revised strategic plan would be adopted by council resolution this fall and become effective on Jan. 1, 2027. "We'll do it this fall, And then it'll be effective of 01/01/2027," the staff member said, and said staff will use dashboards and routine reporting to show alignment between projects and council strategy.
