Town Manager Scott Murphy used the meeting’s updates to detail several near-term town matters: Rec Park summer programming ended and the pool closed on Aug. 14 after serving more than 400 campers; the first property tax installment is due Sept. 4; final StreetFest is scheduled for Sept. 4 from 5:30–8:30 p.m.; and the liquor license previously approved for Vermont Flannel will not be used.
