A commissioner presented a map and detailed the portions of public right-of-way proposed for vacation in the Rango area, including segments of 4th Street, a west-side 11-foot alley, and portions of 5th Street. "I've got a little map of what we're looking to vacate. We've got, we've got 4th Street," the presenter said, and asked the board to publish the intent to vacate and set a hearing.
