Gianna Stafford introduced PDE260585, a comprehensive plan amendment for the Maynard residence seeking to change about 5.01 acres from AG (agricultural) to AGR (agricultural residential) on Bent Fork Road approximately 1,800 feet east of Bellamy Brothers Boulevard. Staff recommended the local planning agency find the amendment consistent with the comprehensive plan and recommend approval to the Board of County Commissioners.
