Gianna Stafford, planning development and economic growth staff, introduced PDE26CU15: a conditional use request for a personal residential helicopter landing pad for Jacob and Malia Steele on an approximately 16.79-acre parcel in northeast Pasco County about 0.3 miles south of the Main Line Road and Bauer Road intersection. Stafford told the commission the item had been published as a continuance and staff received updated affidavits that were forwarded to the clerk and Board of County Commissioners.
