Capital projects team reports design development budget, permits submitted; early work amendment planned
OTAK and district staff told the board the design development budget is complete, permits have been filed with the City of Molalla and DEQ, and an early work amendment for Pence to begin ground work this summer will be brought to a future meeting.

Ron Stewart, Capital Projects Manager, and OTAK representatives Miki Bragg and Bob Collins updated the board on the district's capital projects. They reported receiving the scheduled design development budget and said permit applications were submitted to the City of Molalla and the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ).
